I think the game knows this too, since it's only let me play the tank once.
Any clue how it selects who gets the tank or is it just fuckall random?

That's weird, because I got the achievement for beating Blood Harvest when I got incapacitated on the ramp and it drove away with my teammates. It even said "In Memory of K2."
