Otakon and Dragoncon both do, but they have you know, communications that go out (except DCon, since its the same weekend every year, you just rebook at checkout)

Last year, two of the main D*Con hotels started booking for the next year, the weekend BEFORE the con. The other two opened for booking DURING the con. NOT COOL GUYS
