OK, so I think I know what I'm going to do.

BRBBrew - This will be a nice balanced pale ale just about anyone can drink.  Maybe a bit more on the malty side.

Gay Uncle Karrde's Bigger, Blacker IPA - A black IPA based on Midwest Supplies' "Octane IPA" - http://www.midwestsupplies.com/octane-ipa.html  British style, so it will be maltier, and less bitter.  I'm going to increase the fermentables a lot, add more and more flavorful hops - Willamette, Centenial, Kent Goldings - no more cascade., and probably increase the oak.  I'll try the Octane first though when it's ready in a month or so.  Whatever I have left of that I'll bring as well.

you should send me some of your hops so I can smoke them first.

Making Black IPA, not rauchbier Tongue  Also will be using roasted barley.  Man I wish I had enough space for an all grain setup.

If only my mead would be ready in time...

Re: Beercen - [fr31ns]Karrde - 01-12-2013

BRBBrew is now going to be a copper ale, something a bit more balanced than most pales.

Re: Beercen - Litrecola - 01-12-2013

I'm going to try and get some homebrews done as well, if I can not drink it all before the con Tongue
Things that will be ready in time are potentially a Hadouken-weizen (hefeweizen, maybe a lemon/lime hefe. Extract, maybe all grain if set up in time), Coconut Porter (currently fermenting, partial mash), Campfire stout (sweeter chocolatey stout, All grain once I am set up) and mayhaps some sort of IPA.
All grain set up is almost done, all i need is a 8-10gal brew pot, and potentially some way to boil that if stove top won't work. Might have to get a propane boiler and do the boil in the garage.

Re: Beercen - [fr31ns]Karrde - 01-13-2013

If you have space, a propane burner is your best bet.
