Reprap a form, then either fiberglass or vacuum-form masks.

oh god their fucking website is horrible
how much would i have to get though, shit goes for like 10 bucks a pop.
perhaps I should get myself working on a different costume if this is going to cost a shit ton of money.

First step is to consider what needs to be covered and how much is needed and then just shop around.

You can also go with the more expensive but more permanent airbrush body paint option.
I've never used them myself (except for some Mehron normal colored makeup) but here are some ones that cosplayers recommend:
Kryolan Aquacolor
Mehron body makeups
Apparently Ben-Nye flakes.
It's also recommended to clean the skin of oil with some rubbing alcohol before applying the color. Then set with a setting spray.
Fine art paints like acrylic are cheaper and easier to obtain but they will make you want to kill yourself from all the flaking and itchiness that will occur (from personal experimentation for school events). AND, latex body paint will not allow your skin to breathe. It could potentially be very very uncomfortable lol...
**forgot to mention that you can probably get some of these brands at your local costume supply store. We have one here in Madison called Mallatt's, dunno if there's one up where you are.

yeah i found liquid latex but i dunno how i feel about that.
i also found mehron, it seems like probably the best solution. I just wonder how much I would end up having to buy to cover most of my body. I'd be wearing shorts of course so I could get away with leaving my upper thighs skin colored, but it still seems like it might take quite a bit to do.
If this isn't financially feasible (I'll do more research tomorrow), I could always actually make a costume. Dunno what though. I do like rummy's idea of Pantheon, even though I don't play LoL anymore. I feel like I would have even less of an idea how to make that though.

I can't tell you how much coverage you'd get with 1 oz of liquid body paint but for the cake makeups, it is recommended that you get two for full body.

well that Mehron Paradise Makeup AQ⢠- Professional Size comes in 1.4 oz, so two of those wouldn't cost me that much. I guess I just didn't know how much an ounce of makeup would cover. Welp, now I just gotta train really fucking hard for the next four months. I might start taking BCAA so I don't get so tired halfway through my lifts.
If I can pull this off well, this will be fucking awesome.
