The east lobby (the one with the big fountain) is traditionally the official photoshoot area. If you wander down there, people will be organizing times and dates. Saturday is usually the big day, with some spilling over into Sunday.

I put my sleuthing skills to work and managed to get this much:
Pokemon photoshoots:
11am Friday @ 4th floor terrace
4pm Saturday @ 3rd floor terrace

I'm glad I took off work tomorrow, I have a feeling I'm going to be Con Soccer Mom again.

Why?

Caff's friend isn't getting in until 2am (into IAD/Dulles, which is 90 minutes drive away from bmore), and Caff's not getting in until 9am tomorrow morning at DCA/Reagan (also 90 minutes from bmore). They were both scheduled to make it in tonight, instead. I think Caff's still trying to retrieve his bag so he can go home and sleep for a few hours :/

Kaese, you're getting into BWI/Baltimore at 9am, right? You're probably going to be better off taking public transit to the convention center than waiting for me to swing by. Either way, I think everyone's either going to be due for a nap, or a shitton of coffee, or both.

Good luck and godspeed, all ye weary travelers. I'll be around to assist where I can, because I know the pain.

Blech... I had a feeling those storms were hitting right when flights were supposed to be getting in.

Anyway, I'll be there after work, around 5:30 or 6:00ish. I'll catch up with everybody then!

Yep, getting into BWI at (scheduled time of) 8:55am and then I'll take the light rail straight to the con center to pick up my badge. I predict smooth sailing since I have the very first flight so the plane is there and all.
Oh boy, I get to be one of the first of the group to arrive to a con! Finally.
Also, I will need the shit ton of coffee as I'm driving to MKE at 3:30am; con excitement should keep me awake for the rest of the weekend.

Yes, the HGSS Misty cosplayer was very spot on, and she probably made that one-piece suit, you can get swim suit material at like Jo Anns


So, con rundown/digest


Thursday:
- Get to Ohare, things look pretty good, flight might get delayed a bit, but the storm should pass pretty fast
- Oh so its delayed a bit, not too bad...oh what, its cancelled, fuck me
- Ok, so, Im booked on the next flight into DC-Regan because that's all you have avaliable (until like 7pm Fri....fuck you), 5:50 am tomorrow got it, oh you're transferring my bags
- Wait, no, I dont trust you to handle that, its 100+ hours of cosplay work, I'd like them back
- What do you mean you can't find them? Go look again, they should have never left they airport...
- I'm not leaving without my bag
- Now its too late to go home
- Sleep on the floor/bench at Ohare, fml

Friday:
- Get into DC early morning, have Atom pick me up, prepared for a horrible con and canceling skit because my bag is lost
- Holy shit bag, I missed you so much, I'm putting a GPS tracker on you so I dont lose you again!
- Damnit DC Traffic
- What do you mean my room isnt ready until 4pm...god damnit
- Ignore pre-reg line, get in at-con reg line, get badge in <60 min as opposed to 2-3 hours
- Item Acquired, Zargon
- Check into masquerade, cosplay a bit, holy fuck we're all so tired from airport delays, and.....crash

Saturday:
- Early AM Cosplay
- Game Room is really disappoint
- Found - one adventure sphere
- Pokemon photoshoot + proposal
- Holy fuck its hot out, I feel sorry for most of the cosplayers
- Masq judging + rehersal - Wait why are you being judged for worksmanship....oh....wait....you made...uh, all of this? What....(head explode)
- Merch Con 2 - The merchening
- Masquerade time, wow there's a lot of people...about the same crowd size as fanime, and someone faked messing up their skit to propose on stage.....wat
- Skit goes well despite fish getting tangled and slightly off ques
- Wait...we won something...nice...wait, why are we going so la-ajfa;galkgh we won best overall for journeyman at one of the biggest anime cons in the country....WITH A POKEMON SKIT :V
- You have 15 min to vacate the room, business to addend to
- Horrible swag bag movie time, escape from vampire island

Sunday:
- Pokemon Photoshoot 2
- Wandering....merchcon, holy shit all the streetpass tags
- Time to break up, see you again next year space cowboy

Other Highlights:
- Marriage proposal Con
- ERHMAIGAWD CON
- Atom x Cheese, brbu's otp
- Atom solidifies soccer mom status
- Pie still has a 2 beer limit
