Kind of hard to climb the stairs with a suitcase and a medipack lol. But I hate those elevators so much and the lazyasses who can take the stairs but choose to take the elevator instead, therefore making it unable for people with luggage to leave the hotel on time.

Called 08/01/11 08:00 am and the reservations specialist can't find the ACEN room block. She says maybe it's not open yet.

Yea I called too...they said call back in 30, Im going to call back at 8:15, then again at 8:30 and every half hour after until I can get the suite.

Got a room with two doubles, they said suites were unavailable. I think I got the staff rate, too

I was able to book as well, suites are currently still locked, I will be calling back hourly to try to "upgrade"

Call back and get a different CSR, I did not have to pay a cent and I could actually cancel up until the day before with no penalty

they will charge 1 night room&tax deposit on APRIL 4TH so as long as you cancel before then it'll be awwwwright

Probably. I think HeK was saying the way it works is we can upgrade the room to have two beds instead of one for the same price we negotiated already.

I got the panoramic suite. Not sure what that means, but it sounds ominously like the top floor.
