Closed beta hasn't started yet, I'm hearing whispers of "Soon.....", likely after E3 is over.

Beta keys are being given out on planetside2's twitter. They're throwing out a new one every minute or so for the last couple hours if anyone want to try and catch one.

They were sending a bunch out in DMs that night as well. And apparently they're sending out more right now if you follow them.
A lot of the DM keys were for fan art, so the way I see it, the artistic people can draw to get a key, and the non-artistic people can write scripts to get a key.
