Hold on a sec. Here's my understanding: Atom currently has two rooms; the panorama suite and a double. Cheese originally reserved a king. We decided that a double is preferable to a king, so Cheese' room would be dropped and atom's double would be kept. Cheese has been moved to that double which gives the impression in that document that he has the reservation (Cheese' original room was deleted from the document and occupied column "L"; this was before we used color-coding to note dead rooms). If I am mistaken, and atom does not have a second double as discussed, then it's good that Cheese held onto his king. If I am correct and atom can confirm this, then cheese should dump his king ASAP to avoid the charge.

From what I remember, I think Eightball is correct. I went ahead and cancelled. I didn't see any charges yet on my account but the cancellation confirmation email did say that I had to cancel before 4/1 to avoid paying the deposit, so it looks like I'll still get stuck with that.

Yeah, I'd booked a room last year and I still got stuck paying the deposit. I even disputed it with my credit card and they fought it.

Well fuck, I read everything as you being the 'custodian' of Atom's other room rather than having a separate one. We still have the right number of rooms so we're good, hit me up on steam if that deposit comes through and its an issue
